As part of the expansion of our European Finance team we are recruiting an: European Tax Manager (f/m) Code number: 01-31-07 The role: Coordinates TTI Europe's tax compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and standards and Berkshire Hathaway and TTI, Inc.'s corporate objectives Responsible for all European tax matters including income and VAT issues Evaluate TTI Europe's current or proposed activities, policies, business practices and transactions Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time Manage Inter-company Agreements and Transfer Price Agreements within TTI Special projects including research, analysis an documentation of relevant tax issues Consult with European and US-based Corporate Managers considering the global impact on all tax issues Facilitate coordination of external consultants	The Requirements: University or college Graduate in a tax related field More than five years of relevant experience in related tax issues Experience with a US-based parent company would be a added plus, but not required Proven knowledge in international/European tax regulations, laws and standards "Ability to work and report within a multinational and multi-subsidiary organization Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Fluent in written & spoken English and preferable another European language Intercultural and interpersonal skills for building relationships with multiple levels
