For the expansion of our Mouser Electronics Europe team in Brive we are in search of an engaged and competent person at the earliest possible date for the positions of Internal Customer Service Teamleader (f/m) Mouser Electronics Code: 03-01-10 The Role: Drives the set-up of Mouser Electronics in France Leads a productive team of Internal Customer Service representatives Coordinates, develops and evaluates Customer Service staff and sales activities for Mouser Electronics Sets and tracks company goals Coordinates the Internal Sales Program Represents the company by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and suppliers Works closely with Sales Staff, Suppliers and Corporate Product Department Communicates with Mouser Headquarters in Texas and the existing European Mouser network	The Requirements: University or technical college graduate or equivalent experience Passive or Electromechanical or Connector or Semiconductor product knowledge Previous sales experiences would be advantageous Excellent knowledge and understanding of sales, purchasing, produce, vendors, warehousing, branch operations and systems Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills Good Computer and MS-Office-skills Ability to present complex topics effectively Capable of work independently but be a good team player, with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Fluent in French and good English knowledge This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing person You have the ability to work under pressure and deal with people at all levels You work with initiative and keen perception
